Unresponsive and unprofessional (Many of the 5 star reviews don’t even look like real people)
I've been calling everyday for the last three weeks for someone to come and install a new gateway on my system so I can have my batteries back up my house... It is insane the lack of support you give your customers.... No one answers the phone and when they do they have no idea how to get ahold of the right people...
It seemed to start out positive to get the solar panels installed. They installed the panels, wiring and a control box that connects to the circuit box on the side of my house. Since that day the breaker that controls my fridge has tripped 1 to 3 times a day. It took about 2 weeks before they attempted to resolve the issue. They ordered the replacement breaker, but they ordered the wrong part. The new part was installed, however that did not take care of the problem.
