Well the last post was right. There billing is all messed up. Most of the employees are lost on what's going on. But billing is the obvious issue. That being said the nurse pulled through for me and the front desk was a big help. They fought to make sure everything was getting looked into and I really like Dr Jennings. He's a good doctor with horrible billing. If they can't work with you and questions you have. Don't go but trying is at least worth it. Good luck.
Crooks!!! Paid them the amount representing the deductible instead of paying it the hospital. They were paid by my insurance company because the hospital bill was received by insurance company first and was noted I owed the deductible. Hays County Sports Medicine refuses to refund my $1700 I prepaid them which represented the amount due towards deductible. Unethical!!! Had to come up with the money to pay the hospital.
