I’m so thankful to Dr. Nicole for her help with pelvic floor therapy after pregnancy. She gave me practical tools and exercises that have helped me safely return to working out, improve my pelvic floor strength, and feel much more confident in my postpartum recovery. I truly appreciate her knowledge, guidance, and encouragement throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Nicole and pelvic floor therapy to anyone looking for support during postpartum recovery!
Dr. Nicole Laird started an avalanche in my life when I first went to see her. Her out-of-the-box approach to my health and wellbeing ended up affecting every aspect of my journey to better physical and mental health. Her process isn’t just about my physical limitations, it’s about my life and how can I improve my quality of living. Now my other providers are on board with Dr. Laird. For the first time I feel like I have the encouragement and support needed to embrace living instead of just ‘living with the pain.’
Great initial assessment! Nicole made me feel incredibly comfortable! I was so happy to know that my issue could be healed. Can’t wait to get started. Highly recommend Nicole for anyone needing this type of physical therapy!
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Laird and her staff. She has changed my life and gotten me back to where I was before having my pain that was becoming life altering in a really bad way. Dr. Nicole Laird was absolutely incredible to work with, and her team is amazing too. Her space is very welcoming, friendly, and has great snacks for clients! Nicole is very knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen to her clients. I felt deeply heard, as well as safe to share on things that can veer into intimate territory.
