Poor management and law education. I am a disabled service dog handler. I went during the summer with my manager whose a member. Only been once to any YMCA and it was shit. It was 100+ outside with 80% humidity. I didn't vest my service dog as it would be like wearing a coat built for a blizzard in the summer. He was well behaved and under control and multiple times alerted to his cues he's trained to alert to. Managers and employees continually harassed me and my manager the whole time. I like the location, but one of the trainers pretended to step on my earbuds that were next to the waits I was using. I don’t have pockets, I think he was trying to be funny but it didn’t come across that way. Earbuds are expensive to replace.
Great facilities and staff!
I appreciate the variety of services and ease of parking as well as the uncrowded pool and showers. My spa day go to.....
