It has always been a well taken care of facilitie with an excellent staff. I really enjoy there dry sauna and hottub options that help in recovery. There weight room is also well setup and they have an excellent cardio section as well. Only downside is there hot tub has been out of commission for an inconvenient amount of time sometimes.
Welcoming and clean. Spacious location and abundant equipment. Programming instructors are engaging and helpful.
