I like the store but the return/exchange policy is the WORST!! You better try it on and like what you bought!
Never been there but with the Hays name I know they are awesome :)
The people that work here are SO rude! Nobody said a word to me the first 20 minutes I was in the store. Only after staring at me with a disgusted look on her face a girl finally offered me a fitting room. I liked several of the clothes I tried on but I refuse to pay $30 for a paper thin sweater when I am treated so poorly. I received more smiles from other customers than from any of the staff. Thank you for taking the time with me to place my order over the phone. Got all the Miss Me Jeans and VERY fast I might add. Daughter loves them and fit perfectly. Will be doing business again soon!

Will not shop there. Got ugh boots for Christamas , wrong size . They were not expecting a shipment until March. Did not want to give cash back like was received. Wanted to give store credit.
