Incredible service. We were on our way to California and our AC went out. All other places couldn't take without appointment, and the ones that could weren't available. He took it instantly and had us out in 45 min. Very reasonable price and very nice guy, hes awesome. If ur on the interstate and need a quick fix, highly recommend this place if ur passing through.
My brother, dad, and I came in unannounced with an AC issue that was reoccurring and the man working that day was very kind, started working on the car immediately despite the fact he was in the middle of working on another project, and was able to fix the issue and tell my brother what the real problem was that the previous mechanics couldn’t figure out. Great guy and great service!
Upfront about everything and told me exactly what was on going on and what I needed. Didn't claim I needed unnecessary things! Honest mechanic and honest work, great guy.

I'm a travelling sales representative and I found myself this week in Hays. My car wouldn't start one morning when I left the hotel, and I was recommended to call Hays City Auto and ask for Dan. Dan came out immediately after I called and worked to repair my car in the hotel parking lot. We determined that he had to take it to his shop, and he gave me a ride back to the hotel and picked me up when the car was finished.
