Great service!
Dan installed a battery for my pickup which I bought elsewhere. He said “No Charge”. I have never met him before. I tried to pay him $50 but he wouldn’t take it. We settled in the middle. I appreciated his honesty and work ethic.
Was traveling through and had to buy a battery from oreilys who referred me to this kind man. He promptly stopped what he was doing and changed my battery which was under the driver seat while 9 kids were in the car watching. Thank you very much.
SO thankful for Hays City Auto!!! My girlfriend and I started heading back to the east side of the country and the car started making a very concerning noise... we stopped at O'Rileys in Hays for a car diagnose, but nothing showed up so they sent us to Hays City Auto (Big S/O to O'Rileys for the sweet treatment and help!). At HCA, in maybe an hour, they identified the issue, ordered the pieces the car needed, changed them, and we were back on the road! What a savior!
Great guy, great work! Very friendly got us in and out in 30 minutes!
