Waste of time. Paralegal and attorney out of sync, leading to a miscommunication of expected next steps. Communication improvements are certainly needed here. Messaging needs to be more consistent and reliable, especially when communication occurs to individuals outside of the office. Penny was extremely rude and would probably benefit from a healthy dose of "holy water".
