I was T-boned by a work truck of theirs that ran a stop sign, due to late for work. well I got a TBI, didn't know it for a few days but my lawyer who initially spoke to me knew it instantly. In September I had MB Haynes HVAC do a heating system check and yearly maintenance on our split system. The technician replaced a bad heat strip with an installed spare. Now my outside heat pump doesnt work. Only the heat strip is working. This is a very expensive way to heat my home. I spent approximately $230.00 on this service so to be assured my system is ready for winter. I contacted Haynes to return and fix it right. Haynes Plumbing charged me $410.00 to replace my shower drain . They did fix the problem of water going under house. They charged $115.00 a hour to go get a part they broke. They installed the drain high in the center . and now I have standing water in the shower. They did not clean anything and left a dirty mess in the shower . I asked them to please keep the crawl door closed , so my cat and dog don't go under there, they left the door off, open.
