Scott, Ashley and Hannah were a GREAT team at Win-Win Divorce in helping me through my dissolution this past year. We used Eric Hershberger and his firm. They did do diligently over their work and left no stone unturned. He was very thorough with the case. He was great at answering all of our questions and the communication was outstanding.After all said and done. Eric won our case we were awarded our funds for property damages and unpaid rent. Most importantly Eric proved in this case that noone is above the law and justice was served.
I can’t recommend Eric Hershberger from Haynes Kessler Myers & Postalakis enough! My case lasted over two years with multiple continuances and more than $30,000 in tenant damages (it took several months to get the property ready for the next tenant).
