Dr. Haynes performed my procedure very well. However, when I requested that my records be shared with another dentist, the reputation of the office was destroyed. They only provided the information after great reluctance and by threatening to charge $25.00 for this service (which all of my other dentists provided as a courtesy). The second time I called, I was hung up on. I hope that Dr. Haynes sees this review and coaches and initiates retraining for this employee.
