Took my Puma ST in for a service which was booked in online for an “express” service which it is claimed is carried out in an hour. 2.5 hours later was told they do not offer an “express” service and I shouldn’t have been able to book such a thing. I showed them the official paperwork which clearly stated confirmation of the booking. Technician: Tommy Hodges Cannot fault this place. Just picked up my Puma after an interim service and it drives like new. Absolutely no signs of the usual scuff marks everywhere, mud on the floor and 'car looks like it's been through a windstorm' crap. The mechanic even strapped in my little boy's bears for safety, which totally made his day! Never had that level of service before — serious kudos, Tommy.
Service department is very disorganised, after only 18 months of ownership my used focus purchased from Haynes had a failed gearbox at only 50k miles. Reading online I am not the only one to have this issue. Very dissatisfied I have had to repair this, especially when the vehicle has been treated so well and serviced regularly.
