We have used MB Haynes Electrical 4-5 times over the past 6 years. We had an emergency electrical panel failure and a knowledge and courteous technician was at our doorstep the next morning to repair at a small cost! Donna in the office is always such a delight to speak with!

Technicians were putting in gas hot water heater in unit upstairs from mine. Didn’t do connection properly so water came through the floor into my unit. Technician came down to wipe up water. After he finished wiping my wall and gas water heater, he said he was using a rag with gas on it. The fumes were awful plus this could have damaged my wall. No apology for the mistake that led to water coming into my unit. I would never use this company for any plumbing services. I did send this experience to the Haynes website.

These guys (Randy and Kent) are fabulous! They were able to diagnose an issue with our kitchen faucet, remove a crazy heavy old metal tank water filtration system and reroute the pipes in a single visit. They made me feel better about continuing to use our current hot water heater and pressure tank (both a little older but completely functional) and didn't pressure us into replacing things with more expensive models as a previous plumber had done.
