Wouldnt even go beyond a one star , haynes construction was terrible, all the apartment were not completed properly . Brand new construction that had messed up flooring , painters and other sub contractors that did a terrible job . Jack from heynes who did the past work and current work marred the floors brought in damaged replacement appliance also the replacement looked like they used a box cutter to scratch along the entire stove , you can see the marred floor were they dragged the appliances into place . They do NOT respect the quiet hours of the town. They’re currently working on a renovation project on Rt. 34 in Seymour and started using heavy machinery at 5:15AM. They begin that early almost every morning. We’ve asked them to respect the town quiet hours but have gotten no response. Very disrespectful to the residents around their projects. Update July 2025: This particular project has been a complete display of incompetence and inconsideration. They’ve worked as early as 4:00am, 5:00am and 6:00am - whenever they want to.... read more
