Haynes was amazing to work with, from beginning to end! My partner and I were first time home buyers and couldn't have asked for a better experience navigating our first mortgage. He took the time to hear out our needs and was always available, even on quick/short notice, to answer any questions or worries! On top of that, he also got us an amazing rate (the lowest we found when shopping around). Would highly recommend him!

Haynes was exceptional to work with. Made it super straightforward and simple for my partner and I get a mortgage for our first home, replied quickly, and was extremely efficient with all paperwork. On top of that he was honest and willing to answer several questions without making us feel rushed, and it felt like he cared — not something I can say for other banks I talked to.
