The women answering the phone are horrible rude people, good luck even getting an appointment bc they don’t know when anyone is available, don’t care to check and talk to you like you are supposed to know the answers to your “obvious” questions before you call.
Dr. Haynes is patient and very caring. He will sit and explain everything to you. He will listen and try to come up with the best treatment. He is really good about calling you if you cannot get in like when I had Covid then automatically set up a follow up for an appointment in his office. Great humor, great person all around.
Very knowledgeable doctor. He is in family medicine so anything major will be referred to a specialist. Very friendly and so is the staff.
