We ordered cedar boards and paid for them to be planed down. We have waited a week for these to be ready. We called today to see if we could pick them up, and they told us they wouldn’t be available for another 12 days! We should have been made aware of this on the front end, when we were originally told it would take 3 days total. The lady we spoke to today was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic.
