This review is for Haynes Ambulance of Elmore county as shown on my bill. The actual location of where the Haynes ambulance came from was Pine Level Volunteer Fire Dept., 1563 Hwy 31 N, Prattville, AL 36066 . On to the review. 9 NOV 2024 at 10:30 PM, my wife called 911 as I was having a heart attack. Pine Level Volunteer Fire Dept showed up first and about 15 minutes later Haynes showed up. On April 18th 2023 I experienced a Head-on Car Accident that could have killed me and my sister on Hwy 14 a little bit pass the Corner Store "Marathon." Some Guy Helped me out the car because it smelled like smoke. I was lying on the ground when the either Rescuer/Police Officer came up he asked," If I was coming from the Casino " He could have asked how I was feeling or had any pain "I felt like he was trying to ask if was I been drinking" " (I wonder what was the question he ask the at fault driver) But we got struck by a ... read more
