This facility violated my trust and my children’s care. They leaked my medical information and ignored a court order affirming my custodial rights. Fast easy intake process, when I have questions regarding insurance they are answered promptly and professionally. If I need medical records I can request them when I need them via the portal it’s easy and I can download them directly from the portal. Staff is Not intimidating, everyone is kind and understanding. My therapist is the best, she explains to me on how everything works. She also makes me feel safe and not rushed and has helped me cope with some of my triggers. Intake said they don't have the time or people to take veteran kids .. kinda disappointing
Initially I was concerned with retaliation but I no longer care. In 2024, I went to the Haymount Institute and was falsely diagnosed by Christopher Ketchman. In summary, this false diagnosis was based on misinterpreting how I articulated my religious beliefs and experiences and the fabrication past medical documentation.
