Before my surgery, they assured me that they were in-network with my insurance and that the anesthesiologist they work with was also in-network. However, after the surgery, I discovered that the anesthesiologist was considered out-of-network, and my insurance refused to cover their charges. They double dipped on charges for use of the surgery center fees for my eye procedures. I called them and got a continual run arounds and 3 different answers. I have a personal blog with over 100k followers. I intend to blog to the world about this.

Staff seems very disengaged. We waited in preop alone for over 2 hours without any staff members checking in. When I emerged to get an update, I was scolded and told to return to our curtained area. If you have a choice, select a different surgery center

I had a procedure August 13, 2024. The surgery center did not have all the proper hardware for the entire procedure. I only had a portion done. The remaining procedure was to be rescheduled at a later date. I agreed to this only if I was NOT to be charged. As it was the surgery centers error. The remaining procedure was performed August 26. I have received notice from my insurance that I have paid my out of pocket total for the year. Well now I am receiving a bill from the surgery center for $112. Which I should not owe. One... read more
