The Bristow office staff is very rude. The way they speak on the phone is ridiculous. They make it seem like asking a question for clarity is something you should not do. The only reason we are going to this place is because of convenience of the location.
The lack of competence of the back-office staff of this practice has cost me not only a great deal of money but has also had a direct impact on my short- and long-term recovery. The office provided incorrect information and unfortunately the business owner does not recognize or take responsibility for his employee’s actions.
