Live in Yeppoon, called before leaving to see of they had stock of an item I needed. The person on the phone sounded confused at my requested item and put me on hold to go ask someone else. She came back and confirmed what I was looking for, put on hold again and came back confirming that they did have one in stock and would put it aside for me.
