Live in Yeppoon, called before leaving to see of they had stock of an item I needed. The person on the phone sounded confused at my requested item and put me on hold to go ask someone else. She came back and confirmed what I was looking for, put on hold again and came back confirming that they did have one in stock and would put it aside for me. I drove 45minutes to this store, to find out not only didn't she put it aside for me, but they didn't even have one in stock. 1.5hrs out of my day for literally nothing. No apology f... read more
