Received great service this morning from one of the guys at Haymans. He inspected and tested my magnifying lamp on the spot. Finding it faulty he promptly replaced my lamp, even apologising for my inconvenience. Wonderful customer service. I’ve deducted a star as the first sales person I discussed my problem regarding lamp showed zero customer service or effort to assist. Hope you are taking notes from your colleague who provided such a wonderful example of how customer service should be.
