Have broken fans issue within the warranty period and they weee so unhelpful. As the retailer they could help like our local general electrical shop that deals with warranties fir you. No service at all!
I have never had such a rude experience with a business ever! How they are still in business is a mystery?
Everytime I expect to pay at least 130% on retail. I phoned in this morning and requested price. $282.50 checked online it was $239.00 but needed it. When I arrived it was $310.00. Go to CNW or Lawrence and Hanson, Ballina!
