I just wanted to give a great review to the Staff and Owners of Hayman Safe Co. We had a client in the Restaurant industry with a Hayman Safe The keypad got wet and wouldn't function. I called annd spoke with David and they had a keypad to me the next business day. The service And product support was phenomenal. I own an operate Spring Hill Safe & Lock Company and to be able to get my client back up and running by the next day is Awesome I highly recommend their entire Product Line.
Very easy to work with, and accommodating. Found through my USCCA membership, they had exactly what I was looking for and shipped within two days. For an "entry level" safe, this piece is very well put together and feels like it will last a lifetime or two. I will not hesitate to use Hayman again for my future safe needs.
Awesome group of professionals
I owned a Hayman floor safe door for 30 years, moved to a new location and installed a new body into the floor. There were some issues with the fit of my old door in the body and Hayman took care of everything promptly at their expense. Customer service excellent, safes are excellent, made in the USA.
Top notch customer service! David was super attentive in helping me address my issue with my keypad, helped secure my replacement parts and was super informative! I will only be recommending Hayman Safes to my friends! Thank you, David Gibbins!
