Hayley has a wealth of knowledge, and can not only treat chronic pain but she knows exactly where the referred pain is too. Hayley has helped my body immensely and provided much relief to muscles that had become so tight from supporting my back with nerve impingement on the L5. Hayley’s space is very welcoming and her dry needling is next level amazing. I highly recommend seeing her if you suffer from severe pain.
Training hard was not achieving the abs I wanted. I was desperate to look good in this outfit and was amazed at what only 4 sessions of EMS muscle sculpting with Hayley could achieve. Hayley has an amazing touch that can fix my many aches, some days my muscles are so tight that Hayley dry needles them and I get the results I am after so that I’m not off training for long. In early 2023, I was diagnosed with Diastasis Recti - presenting with a 4.5 cm gap - where I was told that I needed surgery to repair it. After a recommendation to go and see Hayley, she has given me a wealth of knowledge and understanding as well as been able to correct my Diastasis Recti, without surgery, through the use of the Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation. Although Hayley is a very talented and knowledgeable therapist, she is also an incredibly caring person who goes above and beyond client care.
