Absolutely amazing, l am so glad l started training with these guys. They are inspirational and so encouraging. If you want to change your life for the better this should be where you start. Age is not a barrier here. I’m over 50 and wish l had done this sooner. You could not hope for a better team to train with, they are amazing!

Training with Hayley and April Bateup is not only is good for my strength and muscles mass (as I age), but also lifts my mood. They motivate me to push myself, and at the same time they are aware of any injuries I may have or some limitations in some of the exercises. And the group of women that we train with are awesome. I gave it a go around 18 months ago. And I’m stoked that I did.

I love that every session is different, Hayley and April challenge you, but also customize it for your ability and fitness. My fitness, my mobility, my technique has all improved thanks to the girls. Turning back the clock, getting better with age, has been my goal. Looking forward to what i will be achieving next year, thanks Hayley and April for Body Blitz and Body retreat.

Body Blitz has somewhat changed my life. I’m stronger physically and emotionally and I have thoroughly enjoyed the fitness and camaraderie of the Body Blitz sessions.
