I was always taught, "If you can't anything nice, then don't say anything at all." Too many issues to even start to list. My best recommendation is to take your hard earned money elsewhere. You may spend a little more at Camping World, JJ's camping or Cheyenne RV in Iowa City but communication, customer service and quality will be better bang for your buck.

I was sold a 37 foot Grand Design 5th wheel a few years ago by Dave. What a disappointment, poor workmanship, very poor quality control, no pride in workmanship. Saw dust everywhere. Turned the heat on and was showered with pink insulation!. The dining slide would not extend properly and Bish couldn't fix it. Blew fuses right and left. $240.00 to have a mobile repair unit come out and replace a water heater fuse! Grand Design got so use to me calling to complain, they had me on speed dial. AVOID Haylett RV of Coldwater Michigan. i went by about an hour after they open and the doors are locked and lights off. camper im looking at doesn't have a price listed online just "Call for price" i request the price through email because i refuse to call someone for a price of something they are selling (they are lucky i was interested enough to email). i get blown off BY THE MANAGER. respond that im no longer interested and that i just wanted the price and get blown off again. i go and post a review and they call me a li... read more

I researched travel trailers for quite a while, narrowed it down to a very select few, then picked out the exact one that I wanted. I walked into the office, and asked the receptionist to get a price. She brought Tony.
