I recently had a portion of my underbelly panels comes off. I was in Montrose Co. heading to Idaho Falls, so I contacted Bish's and asked them to order me a full kit for my 2017 Riverstone Legacy 5th wheel. I also asked them to order the insulation kit if there was one, since it is insulated between the panels and the bottom of the RV. They quoted and charged me a price of $703 and change for these two "KITS". They then told me there would be a freight charge ranging between $200-300. I then talked to their service dept. and... read more

Just went to Bish’s in Jerome to look.  Saw a part in a RV that I wanted to buy for my RV.  I asked the parts department about it and James was so awesome, he said he had a used one in the back that he’d give me.   I offered to pay, and he insisted I take it and hoped it would work for me.   I highly recommend Bish’s RV.   The salesman, Adam, was awesome also, he answered millions of questions for us.

I bought a brand new Geo Pro, supposedly never used. The battery went dead within a week, had to take that back in. Took it in a week later for a leak, they said it was condensation from the fridge. 2 weeks later, I took it in to get it winterized and a pipe was broken. In the same spot I said the leak was. They refused to warranty it. Said it had frozen. Now I have to pay $250 out of pocket because the service department didn't find the leak, the first time. Of course they don't have the part, and have to order it... read more

When I arrived for my appointment to pick up my new camper it wasn't ready and had to wait for it while they got it ready. They started the walk thru with someone who knew nothing about the unit. I discovered that the keys for the unit were missing and was promised they would send a set to me, that was 11 months ago and multiple empty promises, still no keys. When I purchased the unit I asked about warranty service near where I live since I was 3 hours away from Coldwater, I was told any Rockwood or Flagstaff dealer would ... read more

We picked up our winnebago travel trailer at Bish's. It was a terrible experience. They sold us a way overpriced coating on the roof, and left it dripping down sides of camper, applied it at a temperature that was too cold for the application. They didn't go through the unit with us very well, too quickly! Unit wasn't cleaned, full of saw dust. Didn't hook up camper correctly to our truck, not leveling it with sway bars correctly. turned out unit was a lemon so we sold it 9 months later. Would not recommend.

Working with Bish's has been awful. We purchased a Heartland Toy Hauler (don't get one) that has been broken since purchase. We turned it in for maintenance and they had our trailer for months. When we completed the walkthrough the majority of the repairs weren't completed. ON my second trip back to get the fuel gauge installed (since it hadn't been done in the previous months) I had to argue with them to fix the stripped tire stud. I was told they already had (they hadn't) and that they would not cover it since they had f... read more
