Great doctor
What an amazing experience during my first visit. Dr. Hayles (Martin) is a down to earth person who is particularly adept at making people feel instantly comfortable without the usual stuffy rigid impersonal nature which is typical of medical offices. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He also understood all of the details regarding the process of insurance coverage and at no point was "salesey" (if that's a word - lol).
