Haylee is a great doctor been seeing her for a while. Cares about your personal life as well as your treatment for you pain management. Very polite and always a pleasant appointment. Office staff are also very kind and personable.
I have been seeing Haylee Goad since the first days she joined the practice. She has taken great care of me through two big surgeries and I have found that she always takes her time and listens to me during my visits and makes sure i don’t have any questions before I leave. She truly cares about her patients all over well being, which is hard to find in a busy medical practice now days. I can’t imagine going to anyone else for my chronic pain condition, she is amazing!
I been going to to this doctor office for about 8 years. They are knowledgeable and never considered just a patient or a pay check. I have stuck with them for many reasons.
I want to start by saying that I can't say enough good things about Haylee Goad! I wasn't sure about her when she first became my physician, but I soon got to know her. She is always caring and supportive. She really listens and makes sure that I'm taken care of. She is very easy to talk to and I mentioned to her, at one point, that she should charge me double for being my physician and therapist. So much so that I came to think of her as a friend. I'm a patient of Haylee Goad, she takes the time to listen and get to know her patients. All the staff at Medical Pain and Spine care of Indiana are amazing and courteous. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
