5 years. Plumbing was installed backwards for our dishwasher. The dishwasher drain spout was directed towards the sink causing it to back up and malfunction our dishwasher. Electrical outlets are not set properly. The faceplates don’t sit flush or hard to set into place as they are set too far back. Central Vac plates are cracked when set into place. Firstly this is for the Keba Cres. Subdivision! We’ve been here for a few months now! And I’m aware the so called reviews say it’s good! That bieng said! The Tillsonburg ones are really just pretty in pics! The studding around the house has no consistent spacing! From 8”-24” centres! The 2x4’s are of cheap quality full of knots and splits all over! The deck boards are no better we keep getting splinters off it! They left are place full of garbage! There’s tons of gauges in the frames and drywall that they painted over! The n... read more
