You've been warned, go with a more reputable option if you need anything legal accomplished. This law firm/associate doesn't adhere to general industry practices and expectations, from my experience, and the lawyer that I was working with intentionally went the opposite direction to what the instructions provided were. What's most appalling is opposing will send letters and communications to which you will not receive anything from your own lawyer with these guys. Appalling practice from my observations of the interactions between their Associate and my partner, a former client of this firm. The associate, and by extension the firm, were unknowledgeable, unprepared for court, breached confidentiality by way of leaked/disclosed other clients' information to my partner (likely accidental, but still completely unprofessional for a reputable law firm) and knowingly misrepresented to his own client (my partner), further prejudicing my partners' litigation position.
