Weather strip came out 2 nd year I had them
Horrible service. Won’t return calls. Every window out of 23 were built crooked and they wouldn’t shut leaving a .25” gap at the top. They sent a guy out who told me this and rebuilt every sliding window. He said they were built and shipped before dry so they dried crooked on the semi. Then they sent out the same guy because every trim piece that seals the window was falling out of the windows. Just got a brand new awning from a dealer. Literally right out of the factory. Cheapest piece of craftsmanship I’ve seen. Very poor overall finish. Hardware doesn’t fit tight and the locking mechanism is garbage. Will be trying to return right away. Don’t bother with this junk.
6 yrs ago windows and sliding 8 foot patio door installed. Have tried EVERYTHING to get sliding door to slide like it should. You have to open and close it with the frame as it is extremely hard to move. NOT HAPPY
