As a follow up to previous post: As per their legal 'demand' letter from Brian V. Ebert, P.C. of Fairfax, VA, (yes they hired a lawyer, and threatened "Dr. Brown will consider taking action against him to compel the take down of all online posts and to obtain damages for his actions". Great experience every time. If you want painless dentistry come here. The staff is friendly and efficient. Fees are reasonable. Fees for crowns are less than what I'm used to. Get Hiawota to clean your teeth she is awesome.

I've only been here a few times the office is rather large as far as dental offices go, several doctors and hygienists. The office is clean and nice and has technology. I saw Dr Mary Walker for two painless fillings. I'll be back in six months for my check up.

My family and I have received many years of excellent care and treatment. The office is clean and nice. There are arcades in part of the waiting room for kids (and some adults). Staff is caring and the dentists are attentive and nice. They take insurance. There is also an orthodontist here. He did my Invisalign to straighten out my teeth.

Always received great care here over the years. I have had many procedures done by both Dr Brown and Dr.Lee. I was always comfortable and came away with great results. The manager Gladys has been there for the whole 10 years I have been a patient and she is very knowledgeable if you have any questions.

I have been a patient here since I first had teeth almost 30 years ago and have always felt safe and comfortable. Growing up I always felt more comfortable at the dentist over the doctor and they are the reason why. Over the years I have had many different procedures done here including orthodontics all with the same superior quality. I have moved into the city and have remained a patient of theirs. Avoid this place. The care is ok, but the customer service is terrible. Not only do they charge you (and your insurance) for the procedures, but they also charge you for YOUR OWN records. This is not acceptable. They try to keep clients from leaving by charging them, despite the fact that you have already paid them for the service- which by definition includes the records, which are yours to being with. Not acceptable.
