Lots of friendly young families! Awesome walking track and park.
Long wait of over two years to get the land and keep on postpone the land release. Rarely get updates on the time frames. I pulled out from the contract. If you focus on building a house within 18 months go with some other developer. Otherwise it will be 30-34 months and your financial status may change by that time.
