This is a complaint about the horrible treatment that my girlfriend experienced at this so called automotive service repair shop. She went in with a request to have her check engine light inspected as it was on and showing a simple 0198 code (engine oil temp) .so she agreed to let them replace it . Well long story short they told her that in order to fix the code and sensor that they would have to disconnect her a.c. which they did .told her it would be another 100 or so dollars to get that repaired. For peace of mind, we took our vehicle in for a road-worthiness check in advance of a long road trip. After a very thorough review, all they recommended was new wipers. New to the community we needed three new tires for a trailer. Reached out to Hayesville Firestone and dealt with Kurt. He got the three tires ordered and we have an appointment tomorrow to have them removed and the new tires put on the rims. Great customer service thanks again. Greatly appreciated.
