Went to this location to check to see about purchasing a tire. Went inside and this rude man with a grey beard was on his phone talking about his wife and didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. Continued his conversation for five minutes, so I walked out . If this was my employee, let’s just say, I’d show him the door. Worst store ever.
Charged me $25 LABOR COST on top of their price for an oil change. I'd like my 25 bucks refunded. This is NOT standard practice and should be brought to the customer's attention PRIOR to service! This really pissed me off. Do better!
This was the best place I could have had my tire emergency at, and the nicest most kind staff in the area. Really saved my tail!
The team at Firestone got my truck in same day I called for service. They did a great job on my simple repair which was replacing all the valve stems. I had one leaking but decided to get all of them replaced. Thank you!
