This used to be a great place, but once they sold out and someone else took over, things have gone downhill. They have a new computer system and half the time it doesn't work as it should, quits sending emails and it even took us off auto-pay, so our payments weren't taken on time. Then they gave us late fees. We have 2 units and the late fees are $50 each. They won't take the late fees off even when it's their fault. Dieter was very nice and he was very helpful in taking care of the late fee that I was not supposed to have been charged. He was very patient and getting that done because it took him a little while to get the system to let him undo the late fee. He is a very polite young man.

recently changed to greenwood storage and is absolutely horrible. The place is abandoned. They will charge you every month but not reply back about the horrible condition of the units. I had an insured unit and couldn't even use the insurance on it because they wouldn't reply back to emails or calls. I had to throw several items away due to pests (rats, bugs). The gate now stays open 24/7 and you can see where units are being kicked in and things are being stolen. I just had to go and get all of my items out and put them at ... read more
