Rented a home through VRBO managed by Hayes Vacation Rentals for a 9 day rental We got nothing but the run around. We had some problems and at first the property manager seemed to address them initially, after a few days and the problems continued, we got nothing but the run around and excuses. I would avoid staying at any rentals managed by Hayes Vacation Rentals in Kissimmee.
I wish I could give no stars!! After using them last year we agreed on a price with Julie who has always been fair and great. I’ve also given them many referrals. Well unfortunately Julie isn’t there anymore and Mr Patel has taken over. Our NEW PRICE IS DOUBLE!!! Actually more than double if you include the pool heat! Bait and switch after we paid for airline tickets park tickets cars etc.. Please do yourself a favor and book with a reputable company.
