Terrible service,had to book in twice to put tow bar with reverse & side window shields ,parts were'nt there & had risen in price. Dropped the car off at 7v30am at their request & picked up the car at 4;30 not finished. Communication terrible.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter when purchasing a new Toyota. He looked after me from walking in off the street to the sale and pickup. The service went above and beyond. Family members have been going to Hayes for 35 years.
Brought the car in with small issue, got it back with bigger problem due to service team breaking something and I was told it’s my issue. As a local family, with limited cash, felt shamed and not appreciated by service staff. Hard pill to swallow when their team breaks something due to poor craftsmanship. Now if got to find more money just to use my car safely to get to work. Terrible local / service spirit. Made my life harder.
