We rented a slush machine from Hayes Specialites for a grad party. We had excellent service from ordering, pick up and return of the machine. The machine worked GREAT. This is our fourth time using the machine from Hayes Spec. and each experience has been excellent. I will go back again.

I would never rent from this company again. I called and asked if they had a margarita machine they said yes. My definition of a margarita machine is a frozen drink that you can add alcohol to. We rented this machine and it was nothing but slushy water. Complete joke, worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. When I explained to them that the machine did not even ice up they pretty much said that it was my fault and I wasn’t doing something right. Rented a tent for my Daughters graduation party. Perfect size and easy to put up/take down. Friendly service and great communication. Would highly recommend!!

Had a party last weekend and rented two nacho cheese machines. The chili and the cheese were both delicious and were a huge hit at the party! Thanks so much Jason. The staff were all so nice and helpful too!

So, we bought a new bingo system from Hayes through our local supplier and it has turned out the be the best buy for us. We use the equipment once a week and, after some programming changes we made, supported by Jason Hayes, the equipment works better than expected. The capability of the equipment is great and we have received many compliments on the presentation.
