Mr Hayes was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He went above and beyond to get the job done for a fair price, then cleaned up before he left. Perfect service.
Both Russell and his son were very professional. But the thing that stands out to me is that they showed up when they said they would. They called to let us know when they were coming. There was a weather issue when they were scheduled to install the new unit. Instead of just not showing up like many people seem to do these days, they called and made arrangements to come when the weather cleared. Very nice and honest people!
