Also hired Hayes Paint and Decorating to do our Master Bathroom renovation March 2026. They were the lowest bid by into the 4 digits. As with the prior deck stain job in my original review, we completely satisfied. The construction crew, and painting crews were great. Hayes sort of plays the role of paint and general contractor. Hayes Painting & Decorating re-stained our front porch and rear deck w/ stairs at a fair price. Both decks were a mixture of new improvements (unstained) combined with the original 25+ year old decking with multiple stains applied over the years. They first stripped off the old stains before applying the new. Micheal was very helpful with selecting the proper stain type for our application and assisted with color questions we had. Our house needed extra attention and they pressure washed the house and then sanded and caulked where needed. They did a fine job painting and when they finished it was an outstanding transformation. Everything looked great.
