They continue to cancel appointments that have been scheduled for some time. The next available time they offer to see us is several months away. We canceled the appointments, found another doctor, and had the appointment the next day. Huge difference in quality of service.
Thank you to the manager Chelsey for actually helping my elderly grandmother pick out new glasses. All other workers “felt uncomfortable” with helping us because we did not wear masks (even given my religious exemption). I am glad I do not go to Nolensville Family Eye Care and will be encouraging my grandmother to go somewhere else where we are not discriminated against.
