Great Selection I love to go to Hayes Nursery because of the great selection of plants and trees that they have. Everything is in great condition and current for the seasons. The prices are also very reasonable for what I have seen at other nurseries. They have a very knowledgeable staff who can answer all questions and they can also give great ideas for you garden.
Well worth the drive! Its not all that far, just a little outside of Issaquah. Its actually a very pleasant drive, to a very pleasant place! I love the feel of this nursery. Where I find others overwhelming and unhelpful, I find this one peaceful and calming. The staff is very knowledgeable if you need to ask anything. Most of my yard is from Hayes! I really love how the place is organized by types of plants (ie groundcovers vs shrubs) and then sunlight or shade. It makes it easy to be in the right place to look. And I love ... read more
Very helpful and a nice selection Out of all the nurseries around our area, I like this one by far. The staff is always willing to help find a plant, as well as make suggestions on what type of plant fits what you are looking for. They have some cute decorative type items which are a little pricey, but cute. We've had good luck with the items we've purchased. I think for a medium sized nursery they have good prices on their plants and trees. They have annuals and perennials as well. They have their own parking lot so there i... read more
Good variety, but pricey My family used to Shop at Hayes' Nursery many, many years ago when my Grandparents lived in Mirrormont. When we bought our first home, I knew exactly where to go for plants and ventured back to Hayes. While the selection is wonderful, and the quality of the plants is excellent, their prices are definitely high. As well, the staff at Hayes' was not nearly as friendly on my last visit as previously. While I will go back in the future, it will be only if I cannot find what I'm looking for at another loc... read more
