If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would!! We drove from GA (4 hours away) to purchase a truck, in MARCH! The title ended up getting lost(completely understandable-things happen) but I Was told numerous times they were working on it and we’d have it ASAP. Almost ZERO communication unless I reached out about it. Went to the tag office again on Friday, June 6th, and the lady had to call them personally to get it situated because they STILL didnt have any information on the truck and our LAST temporary tag had expired. Went there today to purchase a truck from my son sent over the buyer orders to my bank along with a Carfax my bank needed. They went to lunch so we went loafing around as they came back from lunch. They sold the truck as I was getting a check from the bank to buy. It’s really crappy and terrible business practices. I have the check in my hand and they sold it anyways after I done everything I needed to to get financed for it.
After going through the nightmare of trying to find a vehicle for over a week, I came to Hayes Motorsports to look at his Toyota Tacoma. I was very impressed with Nathan and how he operates his business. He gave me a great price on the Tacoma, and I had already checked out all the ones in Pensacola in my price range, but this was the best one I had seen for sure.
