Edit: initially was asked by the salesperson to leave a 5 star review. I am now leaving a 1 star review after our experience with them. They sold us a truck, we had approval from the bank, a decent credit score, and a $4,000 down payment, filled out the paperwork, shook hands, and everything. We had the truck for about a month. Then they reached out to us and told us we had to return the truck because the bank “denied our financing”. Turns out, they had actually sold the truck out from under us. Lady bird was good and did not bombard with questions or anything like that. I actually was able to look at cars and decide then get information I needed and told payment options with every scenario without us even having to ask just for us to know every option even ones we didn't know about. Great service definitely recommended and plan on getting more cars from here.

Son was very excited to purchase a truck he saw and being a first-time buyer, mom and dad went with him to be sure he would get a good deal. Travelled from Odessa and San Angelo only to find that the truck had transmission problems as well as a leak in the differential. Fred still tried to convince my son to buy it with a warranty, which seemed completely unreasonable to buy a truck with KNOWN issues and still have to wait for repairs, which could take up to 6 months in Odessa IF the truck made it back.
