We were charged $830.30 for changing an air filter and charged 4 hours total overtime because they forgot their ladder and they charged me for the 3 hours it took for them to retrieve it. They were also extremely late and charged us overtime rates for them being late. This place is a complete scam. You can look at their Yelp reviews and see that they've even charged people for services that they never even did and time they never spent.
