Start of tax season was fine. However as the weeks went on the communication became less. The office managers were great on communication but when you send an email to a specific tax manager they don’t respond, or multiple emails will have to be sent to get an answer. The office managers can only tell a client so much and when you’re trying to get answers from someone else the lack of communication is very frustrating especially if the email was sent directly to a partner or head CPA. Holly needs to communicate more.

Our experience working with Sally McColloch and the entire support staff at the Tacoma office was a great experience. We had to navigate tax filing for a loved ones estate and also our personal tax filing. Sally was extremely responsive and took the time to answer our numerous questions! The experience was seamless and the customer service was excellent!

Very professional and easy to work with accounting firm. Was able to accommodate us for an earlier filing since we were not going to be in town in early April.
