Don’t waste your time. I called on 2/23 and asked if they’re accepting new clients. The receptionist said yes asked me a few questions and said Sally would give me a call back “shortly”. On 2/27 I call back to ask for an estimate when I should expect to hear from Sally because I didn’t specify the first time. The receptionist is a different person from the first time I called and ask for my name and number again and had no record of me. She asked the same questions I was already asked plus more. This is our first year with the new firm. We moved with Sally McColloch from her prior firm. Sally was and continues to be a concerned and responsive professional. She has an in-depth knowledge of tax matters for all types of clients.
