They did finish my taxes for my business and personal side. But it took them 9 months to do that. That's a 3 hours job at most. And they charged me almost quadruple what I was charged last year since they took over for Axes taxes because Fred retired. To start with the positives they were helpful in getting our books ready. Were willing to meet with us and work with us in getting things sorted. Which leads to our bad experiences. We would call and email. Leave messages with the front desk only to not receive a response. We would have to call back multiple times to get a response for what felt like basic questions. Holly and team are the absolute best accountants to have when it comes to your taxes. They communicate extremely well and go above and beyond. This year, we were incredibly late on getting them all of our tax info and they still managed to get us filed on time. Highly recommend!
