I have a Jeep Gladiator, was in need of my second general oil change and checkup. They honored my maintenance agreement with Jeep and took care of it.
My experience was very enjoyable,the staff in the service department are very friendly and helpful...they fixed my jeep renegade the same day I took it in and it drives better than ever...I'm very happy...thanks guys...
Since this dealership changed ownership, I have experienced consistent upsells at every single maintenance appointment. I have leased from here for about 9 years and this last year it seems like they always find something more that needs replacing. (My cars are always less than three years old and I primarily do distance highway driving.) They also recommend a tire rotation at every oil change when the standard is every other one.
