Very courteous and prompt
Experience buying the car with the sales rep was great, really nice guy. Finance is a joke - I changed my mind on the gap insurance BEFORE I even got keys to the car. Been ignored multiple times, then asked for the company’s phone number and was told ‘they don’t have one you can have’ so I wasn’t even able to contact the 3rd party myself? Then all of a sudden they managed to get in touch with them and would you believe it….. some sort of admin error and we have to do the whole process again. Still waiting for the documents….... read more
Brought my car in not damaged and it was damaged within 45 minutes and no one could telll me exactly what happened. Service manager made me feel like I needed to prove it wasn’t before I came in. Thank God for the general manager he is taking care of the plastic pieces but who knows about the paint and other scrapes.
