Have been getting my taxes done with Hayes Management for 10 years .. Shirley did them for years before she retired ( miss her ). She always went above and beyond. I was worried when she retired and passed our taxes to Chris. Chris has been doing them for the last 3 years and exceeds our expectations.. I know our taxes are complicated but Chris has never complained. He’s super fast too. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars 😊

Hays management has always been our go to company for taxes. They have an amazing staff and will work with you and your situation to make sure your taxes are on point and get you the best possible outcome while making sure you are rock solid if there is an audit.
The owner of the business made an agreement to do a job for us for a certain price then billed us 300.00+ more then that agreed price. Then gave us a reciept for a payment but then claimed there was no payment. He refused to keep his agreement on the price and then sent me to collections for the full bill before the payment we made.
Friendly service. Melissa always helps us and is tremendous. She always remembers us, which is a feat considering she only sees us once a year. She's very personable and answers all our questions. Highly recommend them.
